I am paying for a 75MBPS connection. However, when I check my internet speeds, I usually get about 30MBPS which is less than half of what I should be getting. I am only a household of one, and while it is livable, I can only imagine a family of 4 trying to deal with a 30MBPS connection when they are paying for 75MBPS. This is one of the reasons I prefer Verizon’s FiOS? over Comcast.
So what can Comcast do about this? Well either offer the 75MBPS connection promised, or be honest on what the customer can expect to receive on a normal day. This is a pretty simple solution to fix, and one that would likely never get fixed.
